The team at Credo recently upgraded my Windows10 computer saving me time and money. The original hard drive was showing signs of age and the general consensus of the on-line support community was to transition to Windows11 with the purchase a new computer. "Do I purchase a new car simply because the tires are worn?" is my perspective. The level of communication demonstrated by Noah and Cerita was unexpected and refreshing for this first-time customer. I used Credo a few times with my computer issues and just recently had them build me a custom gaming machine. I am truly impressed with the both the quality of the computer they built within the budget I gave them and the speed in which it was built. I also just had them do some laptop repairs and upgrades and again, they over exceeded my expectations in both time and price.
