I purchased my home through the Silver Springs location, but the Reno office handles all the construction, installation, and service work for the project. My sales person Kellie Wheeler was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rene Coronado, the construction Foreman was also excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate his expertise in concrete and construction. For the project. Overall, I highly recommend Craftsman Homes. They thoroughly helped me design the home and get it all installed and set up on a concrete foundation and they built a 3 car garage for me which turned out really well. Laura at Craftsman homes is great, She walked us through the models they have on site and also provided similiar models they offer with alternate floor plans to choose from. Overall great customer service A++

We purchased our new Manufactured Home from Craftsman Homes and Had Laura Golindo-Black as our Salesperson she was a delight to work with as well as very knowledgable we couldn't have found anyone better.
