Very poor experience with these guys. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance only for them to be a no show. When I called to reschedule I got voicemail (in several calls to their office I never had someone actually answer the phone). We got locked in a telephone tag game. Never could get a live person on the phone. I'd get a voicemail back saying "Call us back if you would like to proceed." Yes I want to proceed! I already had an appointment with you! I'm just trying to reset it! I finally left them a message and specifically asked not to do that and just call back with the time and date they could be at my house. They stopped returning my calls. Contacted Suzi about getting a bid and we set an appointment for 3 weeks later. When she came, we went over the plans and discussed options and what we were looking for. She sounded very positive and gave good feedback and offered helpful suggestions. She said it would take a week to get back with a bid. I waited a week and never heard from her. I contacted her by email and she did not get back till late that night, saying it would be ready the middle of the following week. When I finally heard from her, she totally blew me off, saying they were too busy and basically didn't want to be bothered. If they were that busy, it would have been nice to have been told from the beginning, as we had to delay the start of our remodel to give them a chance to do the cabinets. I would definitely go elsewhere and not get involved.

Ron and Suzi are incredible people to work with and their input, and knowledge of materials, space & well EVERYTHING concerning your needs is beyond compare. We were lucky enough to get in contact with them from a referral a few years ago & we’ve asked them back again and again for new projects. They have recreated 2 kitchens for us and most recently a bathroom remodel. We would never use anyone else. If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship & and quality people to work with, this company is the one you want
