On Dec 23, owner Shannon arrived on time to give us a bid on the various electrical tasks we wanted done. Not only was she knowledgeable and efficient, but she also suggested several options which we had not considered and appreciated hearing. Within a few days we received a very reasonable bid, which included a military discount (thank you for your patriotism, Shannon!).

UPDATE: This is my second time utilizing the services of BrightLife Electric and it was a much bigger job, an electrical panel replacement. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Communication about the job and scheduling was outstanding. Stephen and Shaun were great, showed up on time and were ready to go with the job. They coordinated with the power company seamlessly. Stephen and Shaun were very friendly and professional and at the end of the day the job was completed perfectly and clean up was immaculate. We had chirping smoke detector (we thought). Called early morning and Joe showed up around 10. Replaced all the batteries, but still chirping. We then noticed the CO detector was the culprit. Replaced both CO detector with smoke/CO combos. Everything is back to silence (relieved sigh). Joe was fabulous and persistent it getting things resolved. Excellent!!!
