Ginger did an amazing job on my nails, she did exactly what I asked for (french nails with black tip) they came out beautifully. I could tell she has a lot of experience and loves what she does.
My sister also came in with me and had a different experience. She got acrylic nails done by “the boss” (I didn’t catch her name) they were not properly filled and were flat and lumpy and the nail polish was messy. So 1 ⭐️ for her.
Went in on a Friday to get a fill. Nail broke on Monday and asked if I could get it fixed. The said it was fine. 2 of my other nails had chips she removed the polish from 3 other nails. The owner stated just to tip the girl who would be fixing them. I was okay with it. She told me to find the color I originally got. Unfortunately the
staff and I weren't able to find it. The owner got in a bad mood and told me they had to remove the polish from my other nails since they couldn't find it and I had to pay an additional $20 since they couldn't find the color. I used to get my nails done here all the time. I took a couple months off and went back for a pedicure with my daughter. Not a good experience. The nail tech talked to her Co-workers, loudly, the entire time, laughing it up. At one point I asked if she was talking about us, to which she didn't reply. Poor job on my toes. When I got home, my heels were still rough, as if I hadn't even received a pedicure. Sadly, I won't return.
