No problems with customer service and all employees are very helpful. However, the past several visits lately have not been pleasant due to the loud Mexican music playing in the store. Can’t handle shopping very long due to the annoying loud music. Please change the music and turn down the volume to a reasonable level!
I recently came by to purchase some things for a birthday gift and I can say I had a so and so experience
After spending an hour in the store gathering my items, once it was time for me to purchase my items towards the end of the payment my credit card wasn’t going thru because the issues they were having with the system, now I understand and know this isn’t the employees fault but it would’ve been really helpful if they would’ve placed a sign outside or at least notify everyone who was coming in about the issue especially because some of the employees stated that they were having that issue all day long .
