Rarely, but every so often, a person experiences a phenomenal service. Nathan from Beck's repair offered me such a service, and I would have paid him double his price. By wife was recently diagnosed with several cancers. We planned a last minute trip, but noticed our 5th wheel trailer was listing. Nathan carved out time for us, thoroughly examined the suspension, replaced what needed attention, and was courteous and competent throughout. I ran a service business for over 20 years.
