I recently had to get a new furnace and 4 Seasons was able to get it done within 2 days.Today I had a question/concern with it and they had 2 techs out almost literally after I hung up. Jason and his helper (forgot his name-sorry) were professional, pleasant, efficient, explained everything. I will certainly be recommending 4 Seasons.
The tech was pretty knowledgable about our A/C, and Eric was straight forward about what was wrong with our 7 year old unit. Will probably use 4 Seasons again if need, but will always question a company that charges $315 for a part I can buy for $66. Yes, I do understand markups.
