I've been here a few times. It's honestly hit or miss. They always do a good job on my nails and toenails but the service is pushy. This time when I went, I'm thinking the employees were just tired. And that's okay, I get it. But for every service I was constantly pushed to upgrade and it didn't seem very warm. I've had Kim give me two pedicures so far. She is friendly and went above and beyond. I had lost both my big toe nails last year, and couldn't get a pedi for a long time. I went in to have a consultation, and she said she could add hard gel to make the nails look fully grown. They were about 3/4 grown at that point. I left with a beautiful pedicure, and had a wonderful foot/leg massage too! I've gone back for a "fill", and Kim continues to do an excellent job! Everyone there seems very nice, and the place is clean, which is important to me. I will continue to go back monthly, and will ask for Kim!

We came as a walk-in, and got placed at chairs with FREEZING water for 20mins. When the tech finally started it was TORTURE. It was absolutely painful. I don't know who pissed her off but she took it out on my feet. I tho l it's okay to normalize saying no to walk in when you're too busy. My feet are actually burning from the pain.
