WC Health Northern Nevada is a valuable resource in Reno. They offer a PUF program and case management support that has helped individuals get off the streets and into housing. Patients praise Dr. Jiang for his understanding and exceptional care. However, some patients find the frequency of calls and texts regarding copays to be excessive and frustrating.
I brought in a man homeless, living on the street, who has absolutely nothing. Here he received an adequate mental evaluation to get him on the correct medications by the end of day. The same day he went through the process to receive transitional housing, again all in the same day. Here he also received a meal and the help he needed to obtain all of his legal Nevada identifications. This organization provides a great services for the homeless and people in transition. I have been seeing Kaiwen Jiang for psychiatry for the past 4 years. He has been nothing short but amazing. He really cares about my wellbeing and is very responsive and always makes time to see me. He is also very honest and wants the best for his patients. Very grateful for all these years.
