The PUF is great and the staff helped me when I needed them the most. They were able to get me off the streets and into housing, and I was able to see a doctor the same day. We are lucky to have this resource in Reno. I really like working with the team of Case Managers, and I felt cared about more than I have in a really long time. Thank you!!

I really enjoy my doctor, Dr Jiang, but the office calls/texts way too often to collect copay. It’s especially frustrating because I always pay the FIRST time they call, so the second time they call is just a waste of everyone’s time. Today they called me and i missed it, I called back to pay my copay, THEY CALLED ME AGAIN WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM PAYING MY COPAY!!! Insane. Call ONCE and leave a voicemail. Anything more is excessive and extremely annoying.

I was sent here after being hospitalized and all I can say is that they are wonderful people who are really looking out for their patients. I am in the CCM program and I love the periodic texts and/reminders I get about how I can take care of myself, about keeping certain things in mind when the environment changes and how my mental date may be affected, and also caring for my family and how they can care for me. Never had this tripe of care before and I’m am extremely grateful to everyone that works here!!
