After my husband passed I had no idea what to expect especially since his burial was out of state. I called Walton’s Sierra and received a call back from Carmen. I couldn’t meet that next day so she met with us on a Sunday. I cannot thank her enough for how much she cared. Carmen walked us through the process including the transport. She did everything! She kept me informed every step of the way. My husband arrived safely and I owe Carmen’s wonderful care of husband for everything. Thank you Carmen!
