I have been going to Upper Cuts for years. Crystal is very professional. She understands your wants and desires. I never have to remind her how I want my haircut. She remembers the blade size and how I part my hair. Everything she does is to perfection. I would not trust my haircut to anyone else. I will not go anywhere else!

There are lots of places to get a haircut, but my vote goes to Crystal. Professional; friendly; great customer service; appointments available. I don't need much, but I always feel welcome and special. BTW, X Radio fans: Crystal listens to the X and the music is always great. AAA+++

Recently visited Reno, my visit was short but very pleasant as always. This particular weekend we arrived with plenty of spare time before hotel check in. I figured ill get a haircut then grab a bite. I proceeded to yelp a few places BJ barbershop appeared to be closest to where I was staying, however they don't welcome outsiders and will turn you away. Don't go to BJ's if you're an outsider! You been warned Uppercuts should have a lot more reviews however, her thunder is stolen due to the building advertised as "My Salon". The business My Salon does exist yet they are only a tenant, see this building is home to lots of talent hairstylist who each have their own suite....read full review
