This place is a dumpster fire. Had an appointment with Scott to drop off our tax documents and discuss specifics of what I needed. I showed up on time to my appointment but Scott wasn't even in the building at 10AM. It turns out the receptionist (who tried to give her home address instead of the business address) never created the appointment. I should have walked then but Janet was able to take my documents. After this quick drop off we called and asked multiple times about fees, even estimates, and were told "we won't know until we do your taxes". I had a great experience with Janet. She told me exactly what she needed in terms of documentation, numbers, etc. and basically just did her thing after I submitted them all. She also made sure to point out deductions I was eligible to make, but hadn't. For the first time in a few years we actually got money back! And her fee was THE most reasonable one from my comparison shopping.

My experience with Janet has been great! I met her in 2015 when she gave me a free consultation regarding possible tax bill for selling a rental property. We had her do our taxes after the sale and she was able to save us thousands of dollars. We have continued to go to her every year with great results.
