Lainey is incredible! I've been a competitive triathlete for many years and had many many massages so I'm an expert at rating massages haha. And Lainey just nails it. Absolutely nails it. She listens, she communicates, and she executes. She hits all my problem areas with great technique and with just the right amount of pressure. The environment that Lainey thoughtfully creates and the way she carries herself is relaxing and inspiring, yet professional and gives me confidence every time I interact with her.
