Manicure from Malou was wonderful. Nice conversation, manicure done with care and not rushed. I was a bit early so was able to wait in the spa lounge, light snacks and fruit flavored water. Unlike other casino spas I've been to, only massages and facials give you access to spa amenities. $60/day to access those. If I was here longer I'd try another service, overall I recommend.
This Spa is Top Notch. Best Massage ever, book with Rebecca. She's Amazing!!!!!!! They also have a salt room, steam room, sauna, hot tub, several relaxation areas. Fruit water was Fresh. Friendly staff. Definitely a must if you're in Reno.
Excellent ambiance. Staff is very accommodating. Love the poshness. Go as soon as it opens to have the place nearly all to your self! Love Carlos, Marie and Rebecca. I visit once a month when I can! A bit pricey but worth the stillness!!
