While in the due diligence stage of buying a plot of land, I reached out to a few surveyors needing a survey done within a few weeks. Ryan Cook responded and I could tell immediately he was the one I wanted to go with. Not only was he quick at responding to my request, he looked up the property, doing some quick research on it and had a quote for me before I even heard back from some of the other surveyors I reached out to. Ryan identified an easement issue immediately and corrected it. He also kept me constantly in the loop in regard to scheduling and completion. I am more than happy with the whole process and working with Ryan.

Talk about a one stop shop! Summit can do it all. I purchased acreage to build a custom home and had Summit help me with everything ...identifying property lines, establishing all access roads , grading and foundation prep. This company has been around for a long time and it is obvious why. They are the best in Reno!
