people and staff are nice but just make sure you read everything about the company and their pricing. I got charge for some guy to come out and look at my freezer and tell me, "yes it works its on a cycle" $182.00. Called again for another refrigerator and the guy did something to make the temperature almost freeing ruining all my produce. I will not call them back to come look and fix the mistake they did because I know I am going to get charged a kidney. Already called my 4 other restaurants and other friends in the industry to not even waste their time with this company. Whomever drives van #61 on a weekend driving downtown is a very unsafe and rude driver. It's a Saturday and he just pulls out of the parking space not looking and almost hit the car in front of us. Instead of pulling back in and waving or anything. He stops for a second in the middle of the road and then whips up beside the driver he almost killed to yell at him and then proceeds to cut in front of that car. Mind this, it's down by the river and there's a lot of people around and he's driving this way. Just to impatiently go down an off street because he didn't want to wait his turn at the light. We have used Specialized refrigeration for over 15 years at Costco 25 here in Reno Nevada for both our refrigeration needs as well as all of our HVAC service. They are always quick to respond and provide great service. They also give us lot's of advice on how to prevent future issues which saves costs and also handle all of our preventive maintenance. We like em'
