Love the staff. Love the services. Whatever fool decided on the new loungers in the women’s locker area needs to be strapped to one for an hour. They are hideous and the most uncomfortable devices I’ve experienced. I literally am reconsidering scheduling services. I’ve been coming here for 14 years and this is the first negative thing I’ve had to say about the spa. But it’s a big one. Because if this is an indication of things to come, it’s not good.

So there is going to a spa and then there is GOING TO A SPA!!!!! Holy crow this place is amazing! Everyone that is part of the staff are wonderful and so attentive. My Swedish massage and scalp massage was heavenly. Then you have like 5 places to relax and Two places to enjoy a pool and hot tub. I have never been to a spa like this. You can stay all day and savor every thing! Every time I come back to visit my family here in Reno I will be sure to book an appointment.

It’s amazing place to relax and enjoy the life! If you have birthday party you can totally make it in this place. Nice massage, two saunas, jacuzzi and pool in beautiful place. They have day passes, so you don’t need to bye massage.
