In a somewhat obscure location, but I've been for two years running. I had only a short wait (got there just as it opened), and the nice man gave me the coupon price. Didn't even have to get out of the car. Easy-peasy.
Walked in Tuesday at 9:40am for a smog test and walked out at 9:50am having completed both. It was my first time needing a smog test and wasn't sure what to expect. Needless to say, it was such a smooth and efficient process. So glad I was able to hit two birds with one stone. The owner was so kind. Would definitely return in the future!
