I brought my 3 jackets in for dry cleaning. My black coat from Zara was dry cleaned, yes it had a lot of dog hair when I brought it in but it didn’t smell bad. When I went to pick it up it smelled horrendous. It smelled like armpits. I called and told the lady that it smelled like man armpits and she laughed and told me to bring it back in for another cleaning. However I don’t think I’ll ever take anything in here ever again. Plus it’s way too expensive. She said my coat was in horrible condition but it wasn’t it just had dog hair and to be honest I could’ve probably taken it off with a lint roller. Super disappointed in the service.

Brought our comforter here to get dry cleaned and a few pillow cases.. never received a call once it was ready.. then when we picked it up there was a horrible stench on the fabric. The lady argued with me and eventually agreed to clean it again. Picked it up the second time and the smell was still trapped in the fabric. Walked out and will not be returning again.

Went here for the 1st time, took in 3 blouses, could not believe when I picked them up it was $50. UNBELIEVABLE!! I then called Elite Cleaners, who I actually used in the past) they picked up and delivered my clothes. Best of all for 1 sweater and 5 blouses it was only $40 No brainer... read full review
