Update I was very unhappy in the beginning . I finally was able to talk with Stone . He changed the person that was working my case its was unfortunate the old person was just there just to collect a check with out doing any work.New person was able to finally get my back looked at and the process is going good now. Im very happy with new person shes great and things are looking good now.
