If you are reading this review, in an effort to find a new "salon home", than look no further than SEVEN31. PERIOD. This salon is located expediently between Plumb and Virginia, just off the downtown pathway, in a craftsman looking vintage house. While wanting to give readers the full picture, I will give my experience and feel of the business as a whole.
