This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unorganized. They have NO clue what is going on with the staffing, interviewing and hiring process.They DON'T care about their employees or the Companies that they provide services for.I visited the jobsite for a potential position. The Securitas employee, AND EVERY EMPLOYEE from the company receiving the services from Securitas, gave HORRIBLE reviews.I decided to verify the information personally and attend the invitation for an interview.I received a verification email 30 minutes before the scheduled interview.I arrived early and was told that the position was no longer available. This review is for the Mobile Guarding Division.I have worked for them for 7 years and I advise people to look for another security company. $18/hr. to start and no leeway. The Mobile Manager will tell you that its a liveable wage and refuses to entertain the idea of raising the starting salary while other Security companies start their people at $20/hr. The Mobile Manager is a racist, sexist, and a textbook narcissist. He works his Mobile Officers to the ground and gets upset if you do get sick or refuse to do overtime. Manager forces officers to work Mandatory Overtime with no regard for health and mental status. Corporate will sweep everything under the rug to make... read full review
