This guy was assigned to me by my home warranty company to fix an issue with the faucet behind my fridge. I explained everything that was going on to him on the phone before he came out. Other than asking me about COVID and whether I had a dog, he said nothing about having extreme physical limitations himself which could preclude him from being able to provide service. When he arrived, he could barely even bend down to examine the faucet. George at Rooter Rite has been to my place several times since we bought about 7 years ago. We have ongoing Plumbing issues that are mostly covered by our home warranty policy and it has meant seeing George several times a year. He is always prompt to get back to me, efficient when here and always brings his good attitude, even when I have to see him more than once to deal with the same problems.
