Rolfing With Alexi

Big Fan of this woman on many levels, I have had 4 sessions with her so far and will return for my 5th soon. She is excellent at her craft and my body is opening and responding in ways that I couldn't have expected. I'm starting to activate muscles that I haven't properly used maybe ever in my life, my posture is better and a side benefit is she's an awesome person.

Today I had my first session with Alexi. My nickname for her is Alexi the great! I had been having issues with my legs, Particularly my Achilles’ tendon, calves, hamstrings, and gastrocnemius muscles. I had been seeking treatment via deep tissue massages for a while now. Although deep tissue massages feel good, they also felt extremely “cookie cutter.” I knew about Rolfing but had never gone to a Rolfer before.
