I called my provider regarding an acute ear infection on Monday at 8am and left a voicemail. I contacted them again on Tuesday since no one reached out to me and spoke with a MA who told me I would need an appointment to get an antibiotic for the infection. When I said I had already waited over 24 hours to hear back from them and now I’m unable to come in that day her response was to go to urgent care. I said I have a provider so I don’t need to go to urgent care and to please help me. She again said no. That is not how you provide patient care. I wish I could give 0 stars. I came in for a 4:20 appointment and checked in then they literally left me in waiting room and went home and canceled my appointment while I was waiting in the waiting room at 6:00. I literally waited there for an hour and a half for no reason and nobody bothered to tell me anything. I was literally sitting in a closed medical office looking like an idiot.
