Absolutely love Reno Primary Care, my entire family comes here and we always feel attended heard, and well taken care of. We appreciate the front office staff and Dr Julie Westwood and the MA Jessica they have always been so kind and attentive.
My husband and I visited this office today for his first appointment. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and the office itself is clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, our experience with one medical assistant significantly overshadowed the visit.
While we were seated in the waiting room, a medical assistant (an older woman with red hair) began loudly discussing another patient, stating the patient’s full name, mentioning that she left without completing bloodwork, and making inappropriate comments about the room “smelling like crap.” This conversation occurred openly at the front desk, in front of multiple patients. Best staff from front office to back. Had the pleasure of being seen by Jess and Julie. Both of which were extremely knowledgeable helpful and kind and clear about everything. Great primary care to have.
