Went in because there was a problem with my charging port and they had it cleaned out and fixed in couple minutes. I wasn't charged anything for this service. I will definitely come back to this place the next time I have phone trouble.

Tried 2 other places before going here and neither could fix my laptop, showed up here and left within 15 minutes with my laptop fixed for a great price, very nice and would definitely go back for any other issues.

If i could give 5 thousand stars I would! These guys are the best of the best bar NONE! I brought in an Iphone 12 pro max that had over 4 years of photos, videos, and messages that i couldnt access any longer. I went to Apple and a few other repair stores and they told me it would be impossible- But not for Reno Iphone & Ipod Repair Services! they got me in very quickly, discovered Apple Store had misdiagnosed my phone and even got it up and running again. to say these guys saved me from one of the worst days of my life is an understatement! they are my heroes!
