Took it into T-Mobile. They said we needed to buy a new phone.
Took it here later this afternoon and the lady at the front fixed it in 20 seconds. I was skeptical of these places on if they'd be honest but it felt trustworthy as soon as we walked in and the lady at the front was our hero. She saved so much headache for us today.
