We've used Reno Custom Cleaning many times in the last few years and I can only say I wish we had found them sooner. The owner, Jennifer, is very responsive and willing to accommodate clients' special requests. Every staff member we've encountered has provided excellent customer service and communication on top of a great cleaning job. Wendy is our regular housecleaner, and she is always on time, personable, reliable, and does a great job cleaning. Prices are more than fair, and our home always has a subtle, pleasant scent after Wendy is finished cleaning (unlike other housecleaning companies we have tried previously, which often left our house smelling like a bunch of chemicals or perfume-y).
