Had a 2pm appointment for my daughter's wedding. The website said the appointment would last 55 minutes so I booked the 2pm time on line. They weren't ready to take me at 2pm.i had to wait over 15 minutes passed my appointment time. The stylist asked my vision and did a good job. It did not take 55 minutes to do my hair (volume and beach waves).From the appointment to the venue my hair needed a touch up with more hair spray. Overall I was satisfied with the service I received

I really wanted a cute blow out, but before I booked my appointment I decided to call to make sure I would’ve be judged for being a part of the lgbTq community, to make sure it was safe for me! I talked to the sweetest lady on the phone, I told her I was interested in a blowout and asked if it would be a problem if I was trans. Her response was pretty much “You are such a thoughtful person for even worrying about that! Girl, get on over here and I’ll give you a blowout myself!” I booked an appointment, had beautifully bouncy curls for 3 days! Really great experience!

We had family photos in Reno and I didn't want to do the same old same old with my hair. I googled blow dry bar in Reno and this place was only a few miles from our hotel. I made my appointment online I'm advanced and the day of drove over. I was greeted at the door and whisked away to my hair. My stylist was nice and confirmed what I wanted. The wash, blow dry, and style didn't take long at all and looked great! I highly recommend for a date night or photos!
