Brought my grandmother here to get acrylic nails removed. Experience was ok. The language barrier was awful. I have no idea what they said to us ever. I also wasn't impressed with how they left her nails after they removed them. My instruction was to remove the fake and clean them up. He removed them and called it good. We patiently waited. When we arrived he said 15 to 20 minutes and we ended up waiting 40 minutes. They charged us $30 to remove them. They were great with communication and when a problem came up they immediately did their best to quickly resolve it. That right there makes a good business. Thank you for caring about your customers. Plus my nails are super cute ?Services: Acrylic nails

This is my second time coming to this location with my mom & sister to get our nails done (acrylic full set). LOVE IT, Phoebe is my favorite! Last time she did frog art decals for me & this time she suprised me with gem placement per my request. She is the sweetest ever, I recommend her or Quang (he did my mom's nails & my sister's last time both phenomenal works of art). Thank you Phoebe! ????Services: Nail decals
