R & S Cabinets

I came in over two months ago to get an estimate for kitchen cabinets. I was told someone would get back to me after taking down all my information and looking over my plans. Since never hearing back from anyone at R&S I have since gotten cabinets custom made from someone. Pretty sure they were half the price R&S would have been but I guess I'll never know! Not a good way to do business!!

Disappointed. Scott was very friendly and helpful and did a great job helping us find nice cabinets that also fit in our budget (during a pandemic.) The cabinets arrived within the general timeline of when we were quoted, maybe a week late. Cabinets were nice, but arrived with several small defects that definitely happened during manufacturing and were shipped that way. They were packed securely and the damage did not occur during shipping. They were mailed from the company with scratches, chips, and dings. We immediately informed Scott and he started the process for replacement pieces (a false front and two cabinet doors). It has taken several months to receive our replacements....read full review

Phenomenal company and products! They have a large product line and are extremely helpful in finding the right cabinet and counter to match your budget. Very thorough in-home estimate, which they will then use to generate a 3D rendering of your space with the products you’re choosing. That really helps gain confidence as a homeowner before laying down the money for a kitchen remodel. Very good customer service, even as we were stuck with our remodel/cabinet order in the middle of the COVID pandemic.
