EDITED: I called and asked for a refund but the lady refused... the owner stayed after and fixed my nails for me and it's a night and day difference. Really disappointed in my earlier experience but the owner was nice to stay late and fix my nails. 0 STARS IF I COULD. I came to get my nails done because I start at a new location for my work tomorrow and I wanted the classic French manicure because it's professional. This was the most UGLY most PAINFUL manicure I've ever gotten. Through my job I use my hands a lot so my cuticles get mangey, which is why I love manicures. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would! It truly deserves it! Laurel is such a sweet person & her work is outstanding!On my very first appointment we were having a conversation as if I’d known her for years? thank you for everything Ms.Laurel!

I found this place through Google. I had a painful ingrown toenail and wasn't sure if they could help. Nessa was amazing and took care of it like a pro. I live an hour outside of Reno but I will come back here due to the great service! The owner is amazing too...thank you ladies!!
