I came in as a walk in. The gal that did my nails was fast. Fast is not good. She put the tips on and cut them to size, but didn't make sure they were even. The thumb is crooked. Oh well, off to find another place.

I have gone to Pro Nails for many years. They are fabulous! I have never had a complaint.Today I took my 7 year old granddaughter for her birthday. They were so good to her. She choose purple polish and they put a cute flower on her big toes and a couple of finger nails. She was so excited. Thanks Pro Nails.

I recently moved back to northwest Reno and after having a couple negative experiences at another salon I decided to try Pro Nails. I've been twice now in the last 4-6 weeks and both times the experience was good. As others have mentioned this is a very average nothing special or fancy nail salon. However, what sets them apart for me and why I chose to leave a review is because both times they have taken their time with my pedicure even as a walk in customer. The service never felt rushed and they paid close attention to detail. I had two different women and both were very kind, polite and professional. I will continue to come here if the quality of service remains the same!
