DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!!! My company and I had them scheduled to drill 3 holes through a concrete wall. We didn't receive a call, email, or even a text to let us know they weren't able to show up on the first day. This happened 2 other times after the first incident. This last time, we waited an entire day for them to show up while we were getting everything else set up. All we needed were those 3 holes drilled to complete a job. Unsurprisingly, we're still waiting. The only thing anyone told us throughout the entire day was, "OH, they'll be there in about an hour." Failed to extend me the courtesy of a reply to my Email request. I would rather they would have told me "not interested" . Typical Reno business attitude. Makes me question financial condition or reliability should I have hired them.

I had scheduled 3 cores to be performed on Memorial Day with Mark Bray. At no point did he tell me his crew does not work memorial day. I waited for 2 hours for the crew that never showed up. I called and left a message on Marks cell phone as well as at the office. They never called me back. I finally reached Mark on Friday where he informed me that he would not have scheduled the work in spite of an e-mail where he did.
