Have been here before and loved it, but today it felt different. My pedicure was just okay, and there seemed to be some confusion about what color I wanted. Also, the polish is lumpy on one foot. Very disappointed since this was a day out for my daughter and me.

I had a disappointing experience at NV Nails. I used to go to this salon when I lived here, and they were amazing back then. However, after spending $310 and providing reference photos for my nails, the service felt like a rush job from start to finish. The nail details were crooked, and while the staff were nice, it was clear they didn't care about the quality of the work. I even gave a $60 tip, hoping to show appreciation for their effort, but I left feeling very disappointed. I won’t be returning, as attention to detail is crucial in this industry! I came to this nail salon to get my nails done for the first time. The lady that was attending me was aggressive.The shaping was not good and the set was just medium frenchies.i used to come here and they were so nice and there was great service.overall i would not recommend this place if you want a hood experience visit chi nails,absolutely great service and they are so nice.
