The organization has been instrumental in supporting individuals facing challenges accessing traditional healthcare. The office staff is always helpful and kind. The pharmacy is quick and professional. The lab staff are gentle and have always only poked patients one time. The medical staff listen to their clients. They truly care about health and communicate with each other. The mental health crew is there for clients immediately in a crisis. Hopes is a one stop for everything. It's a great place.
I would just like to say thank you to NNHOPES for being there for me and my family, for all the programs offered from family practice, pediatrics, mental health and MAT programs. I want to extend a HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to Rick and Dustin for getting me moved out.of Hope Springs in time for me to get my surgery done and able to heal at home in my own bed. You guys are awesome! Thank you to the MAT program for having my back. Thank you to Sharon and Jake for making it possible. Thank you to everyone else involved... Its the little things that matter most and that are the biggest! I could not have come this far with out you and all that you offer!! Thank you so much for all you are and all you do!!
