I am surprised to see so many bad reviews... I've been a returning patient of the clinic for about 1.5 years now, and everybody has been very professional with me. In some regards, the staff walked the extra mile, e.g, they've found cheaper sources for my prescriptions (some online pharmacies).

I scheduled an appointment to look at some specific spots on my leg and foot that I was concerned about and they were able to get me in relatively quickly (2.5 months after the call but for dermatology offices, that's really not bad at all). I also scheduled my first annual mole/skin check with them, which was about 4 months after the call (also standard in my experience). I checked in and was able to see NP-C Ashley Vazeen. She determined one spot was not a concern, which she demonstrated by manipulating it some and telling me why it was not a concern. The other one she said she didn't like and said we should biopsy it. In my opinion Dr. Lamerson is the BEST Dermatologist I've ever been to and at 68 and being fair skinned, I've been to many. She literally saved my life after an unfortunate experience elsewhere. Dr. Lamerson always takes time with me, explains everything thoroughly, her offices are immaculate, her staff extremely respectful, kind and professional and I would highly, highly recommend her.
