Steve did a wonderful job two years ago with my mom and just last month with my stepdad. Covered all of the bases, good advice and recommendations, tasteful presentation at the viewings, clean and respectful rooms, quick responses to questions and requested adjustments. Professional. We worked with Ken, and could not have been treated better. He was so thoughtful, tactful, sensitive, and easy to talk to. He was a gret problem solver and teammate to make everything run smoothly. He was very realistic and we knew what to expect, but then he had his can do attitude and made some of our most unusual requests a reality. His ability to read the tone of the people with whom he's interacting is incredible; he picked up on our vibe right away and made us feel right at home. This mortuary helped me through a great deal of grief when my husband passed. They are good people and I couldn't have imagined any one else to be doing the job that they are doing. ❤️
