First place I've liked in town. Shauna is great. She cut my hair well with texturing. I don't color so was looking for a great stylist. Front desk is great and a pleasure to work with.
I have been coming to this salon for the past 4 years and I'll never trust anyone else with my hair. I commute almost an hour to get my hair done just because I love Courtney so much. When you first start seeing someone new for your hair, it's nerve racking. Courtney always makes me feel welcome and offers water or soda every time I come in. The space itself is so cute and cozy. It's an upscale area and the building itself is in a great location. I have never had a bad experience here. If you are a blondie or wish to get blonde than Courtney IS YOUR GIRL. She's so fun to talk to and laid back, there's never an awkward moment of silence. She's always patient with the hair process and pays attention to detail. She listens to what I want and makes my hair goals come true. The pricing is normal for the Reno area and the quality of products is top notch. They use hair products that aren't just found in any convenience store or beauty store, all of their products are amazing and the absolute best.
Hillary is a gifted and talentes hair dresser. She is gentle, professional & detailed. I leave loving my color and cut after each visit. I also enjoy our casual conversations. I highly recommend Hillary!
