Had a wonderful massage from Cera today! She knows what she’s doing and brought me from level 10 tight to ZERO! Thank you Cera!! Rachel at the front desk is very sweet, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I do have to say that the ME call center makes it very difficult to schedule an appt which is very frustrating. Great place!

The first half hour of my 90-minute massage was done on top of the blanket, I asked is the whole thing done on top of a blanket? The lady responded Yes! I said well I've never had one like that, I guess times have changed. At that point she proceeded to use massage oil and continue the rest of my massage. Question is this the new way you get a massage on top of the blanket? I don't find that to be worth my money. I would ask before you go.

This is the second time I've been at this location as my friend and I come to Reno for a weekend get away occasionally and we find the resort spas to be a little pricey for us. We called and could not get an appointment at first but the gal (Piper) at the front desk was simply superb in problem solving and helped us work it out so we could get what we wanted in terms of time of day and length of massage. The massages were superb! I highly recommend if you want a good massage. Thanks for a great experience from start to finish!
