The owner did my nails and she just isn't a pleasant person. She did a nice dip manicure, but spending an hour with her isn't something to look forward to. She's gruff and always seems annoyed. Probably why no one else was in the salon. If you make an appointment and walk ins come in, she will take them so be prepared to wait.

Prom weekend. Appointments all made. Manicurist cancels at 11:00 a.m. Called numerous places to get an appointment for my granddaughter's nails. Everyone of course was booked. Lucky Nails came through for us and gave us an appointment at 3:15 right after school. They were busy. I appreciate so much that they accommodated my granddaughter on her first prom at Reno High School. The technician did a great job and her nails were beautiful and exactly what she wanted. The other manicurist has lost a customer but Lucky Nails has got a new customer. Highly recommended for their high level of customer service.
