Be careful this doctor office, they have additional fee for first time visitor. I have medicare GAP , after see doctor still ask me pay $ 60 cash , that is hide fee. Remember they don't tell you before see doctor.

Excellent, he has permenatly fixed several ailments. One being TMJ. Quickly, totally aliminated it. It has been 7 years and still gone.
