Lakeridge Cleaners went above and beyond when it came to our dry cleaning needs. The week before our wedding we realized the groom’s suit was in dire need of a press and to make matters worse, the bride’s dress was improperly hemmed. Lakeridge Cleaners went above and beyond! They expedited our order and got our items cleaned, pressed, and altered in incredible speed–all at a reasonable price. Their customer service and attention to detail is unmatched! I had my wedding dress cleaned here prior to the wedding. I discovered the straps on the dress had been snagged and were unraveling. It was not a fixable issue, the straps had to be replaced.
After posting my original review the night I made the discovery, I ended up bringing the dress into the dry cleaners the next morning, the manager and another employee had already seen my review and were immediately apologetic.
The gist of the story is that I received a refund for the cost of the dry cleaning. I’ll never really know what happened because the multiple explanations I received don’t really make sense, BUT I will say that they do care. I imagine that my dress slipped… read full review
