I just had the worst experience after 17+ years with this office. Before I go farther I will say that Dr. Lighthouse is amazing and most of her staff members are also very professional and nice. The woman I spoke with this morning I believe her name was Devon was extremely rude and accusatory to me. What happened is this- We received a letter friday evening in the mail that we would be turned into collections if they did not receive a payment for an amount accourding to there office they had not charged me at the time of the appointments in Aug. 30 mins past my appointment time choosing not to wait any longer I walked out frustrated at their lack of respect for my time. A few years later attempting to make a new appointment was denied and told they no longer felt our "relationship" should continue. Go elsewhere was their response! What unprofessional arrogance. ?

I have been a patient of Dr Kroll's practice for 15 years, starting with Dr Kara's father Eric, and I have consistently receiving excellent care. However, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing and I have decided to leave the practice.
I have been experiencing difficulty focusing close up and requested to see the doctor three times. Each time, I was told that no appointments were available and I'd need to wait for my annual appointment. I was really looking forward to see dr Kroll but due to a flight cancellation, I had to reschedule my appointment. Unfortunately, the next available slot was three months out.
