Had a great experience at JCPenney Portraits! Our photographer Chris was awesome, super nice, very professional, and really accommodating. He helped us with poses and made the whole session easy and comfortable. Everything went smoothly and we’re really happy with how it all turned out. Definitely recommend!

These photographers are absolute ANGELS!

My son was having a tough time during our session, but they were SO patient and understanding. They went above and beyond to capture some amazing photos, and never once rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable.

Honestly, their kindness almost brought me to tears! ? 1000% recommend - you won't find a more patient and accommodating team anywhere.

Not sure why this place is so low scored. I had a really good experience today with both of my kids and the staff. They treat my kids really well and tried to make us feel comfortable te 2 hours we were there. Definitely coming back
