Inventive Web Design and working with Matthew Minten have been a WONDERFUL experience for us. We could not recommend him more! We had a rough experience with our first web developer, a bitter experience that cost us dearly in both time and money as we prepared for the launch of our business. In desperation, I searched for a local WordPress tutor who could help us make some forward movement on the site, which needed to launch in mere weeks. An Internet search led me to Matthew, and we met at a coffee shop. He was a gentle, patient, and very thorough teacher. We decided to switch to Matthew to build and host our site when the other developer wasn't able to complete the project time. The difference in his professionalism and competence was immediate and stunning. I jokingly told my husband that I felt like I had just left a toxic relationship only to meet the love of my life. Matthew is STELLAR. He is responsive, courteous, and professional. He tackled complex problems, researched solutions, and presented a range of options for us to choose. He caught issues, fixed them, and made the website look beautiful. He is an excellent coach, teaching us how to manage and work the website ourselves and building us into a team. And he managed to have a structured website up for us in record time! His patience as a teacher cannot be overstated. He would tape mini videos to show us how to fix or build site elements. These personalized videos are invaluable, and we have learned so much.
