Courtney's style is a wonderful mix of scientific knowledge, a caring personality, and spiritual balance. I visit her once a month for deep tissue massage, which is my favorite style of massage, and also for advice on at-home body health maintenance. Her ongoing training in Aston Kinetics yields incredible results in others and helps me maintain a healthy alignment in my back and hips.
