FOS has a very unique business model, and as a solo entrepreneur I find a large amount of value in their services. They are great with outbound calls and inbound call screening. Very affordable for someone just starting out as well! You can't replace the services they provide with an employee for anything close to what they charge. It's fantastic.

The assistance we get with front office staff has been great. Our shop was hesitant at first but once we saw the amount of calls we missed and they obtained was unreal. I love this business. At first, I wasn't sure it would be beneficial to my company, but have since come to realize that I couldn't live without them!!! They help my business sound more professional, and they are an invaluable tool to me! I can manage my incoming calls so much better! Would highly recommend. As much as you want to convince yourself it's OK to answer your own phones, it's not. Trust me. It's much more professional to have Front Office do it!
